Aaron started in the construction industry after leaving school, he gained a knowledge in Roofing and Cladding from on-site experience and founded Vertec in 2012 along with former Director Mick Williamson.

In his younger days he used to play for his local rugby team but has now reached the age to hang up his boots and admittedly doesn’t miss the aches and pains suffered for the following days, weeks, months!.

Aaron still aims to grow Vertec further and relishes the challenge of doing so. He likes to think that everyone in the company has the same goal and makes sure there is a healthy balance between work and family for all to enjoy
