We won the tender to complete a brand new install of cladding to bring new life into this industrial unit with attached office block for Zelltec with a contract value of £550,000

Work Completed

• New cladding fitted to the offices using Kingspan KS 1000 Optimo Composite Panels.
• New Sarnafil membrane installed on the canopy over the office block.
• Aluminium fascia and soffit fitted to new canopy structure, using system from Plasmet Ltd
• New single skin trapezoidal cladding fitted to the industrial unit supplied by Euroclad
• All associated flashings used were supplied by Euroclad.
