Vertec has successfully completed a large refurbishment project in Bicester, delivering a comprehensive upgrade to an existing industrial unit.

The scope of works included the complete removal of the original roof structure, which was replaced with high-performance Kingspan Quadcore composite panels and Kingspan DLT rooflights, significantly enhancing both insulation and natural light levels within the building.

Additional works involved the replacement of Highline gutters and the application of a durable HD Sharman Delcote coating to the canopy roof. To complete the refurbishment, damaged cladding and flashings were replaced, giving the unit a fully refreshed aesthetic and improving its overall weather resistance and thermal performance.

This project demonstrates Vertec’s commitment to quality, durability, and energy efficiency in industrial refurbishment.
