Project Description

This project involves extensive roof and cladding works, utilizing a range of advanced systems for both the roofing and exterior cladding elements.

Roofing System:

Main Roof: The roof is equipped with the Euroclad Elite Plus 4 system, a high-performance, insulated metal roofing solution designed for durability, weather resistance, and energy efficiency.
Flat Roof Areas: For the flat roof areas, the Bauder single-ply built-up roofing system is installed. This system is known for its versatility, providing long-term protection and excellent waterproofing for flat or low-pitched roofs.

Cladding System:

The cladding works feature a combination of high-quality paneling systems:

Euroclad Rockspan & Rainspan Panels: These insulated panels are designed for both thermal performance and aesthetic appeal. Rockspan offers high-strength, robust performance, while Rainspan ensures the cladding is weather-tight.
Euroclad Vieo System: The Vieo system adds a modern and sleek aesthetic with lightweight, durable materials.
Kingspan Dri-Design: For the rainscreen cladding, the Kingspan Dri-Design system is used. This is an engineered metal rainscreen solution designed for a highly secure and maintenance-free facade.
