This is a refurbishment project to the whole estate. The existing fibre cement roofs are being over laid with TATA roof sheet and Hambleside rooflights with new Fatra gutter’s. The metal roof units had new Brett Martin rooflights installed followed by HD Shaman’s Delcote roof coating and gutter system. The high level existing brickwork walls have been over-clad using a Kingspan composite panel.
