Unit 5 & 6 Great Cambridge Industrial Estate, Enfield

Works consisted of upgrading the overall appearance of the building whilst improving functionality and performance. The existing metal twin skin roof was removed and replaced with a new Kingspan roof and rooflights. The flat roof to the office areas were insulated and over layed with a Sarnafil membrane. The cladding works consisted of a new under construction framework to remove the existing curved feature, new cladding was then installed using Kingspan composite panels and CA single skin sheeting.
