Vertec have successfully completed another David Lloyd Leisure facility, carrying out extensive roofing and cladding works at their new premises in Harlow.

• Main Roof: the roof is equipped with the Euroclad Elite Plus 4 system, a high-performance, insulated metal roofing solution designed for durability, weather resistance and energy efficiency.
• Flat Roof areas: For the flat roof areas, the Bauder single-ply built up roofing system is installed. This system is known for its versatility, providing long-term protection and excellent waterproofing for flat or low-pitched roofs.

The cladding works feature a combination of high-quality paneling systems:

• Euroclad Rockspan & Rainspan Panels: These insulated panels are designed for both thermal performance and aesthetic appeal. Rockspan offers high-strength, robust performance, while Rainspan ensures the cladding is weather-tight.
• Euroclad Vieo System: The Vieo adds a modern and sleek aesthetic with lightweight, durable materials.

Together, these systems create a high-performance, energy-efficient, and visually appealing exterior for the building, ensuring both functional durability and aesthetic integration.
