Vertec have completed a new industrial unit on the site of a former ice rink and ski slope at John Nike Way in Bracknell. A CA Group built-up roof cladding system was installed to the main roof consisting of a 0.7mm bright white liner panel, a layer of 280mm Therma-quilt insulation and 0.7mm thick steel top sheet. For the cladding, Trimoterm FTV micro-rib horizontal and vertical panels were used in contrasting colours to create a sleek, modern exterior.

The office flat roof is a built-up felt to feature system comprising a BauderTEK vcl, BauderROCK flatboard insulation and BauderTEK ksa duo underlayer topped with a BauderGREEN vegetation blanket.
