Project Description
Vertec successfully completed the roof and facade works for the new Safestore unit in Wembley.
The main roof construction features Kingspan Topdek Roof panels with 100mm thick Quadcore Insulation, IKO Armourplan membrane on a bright white internal sheet.
For the upper section of the walls, 1000 mm wide Kingspan Trapezoidal Wall Panels were used, finished in Goosewing Grey. For the lower section, 1000mm Kingspan MicroRib Firewall was used with 74mm thick Quadcore insulation finished in Greyrock.
The front entrance was finished with 11.7mm extra clear toughened glass panels, complemented by a green living wall to help the building blend seamlessly into its surroundings.
