Project Description

Vertec have successfully completed the roofing and cladding works for a new Costa Coffee and light industrial unit at Eclipse Park in Maidstone, Kent.

For the Costa Coffee unit:
The main roof is a Euroclad Elite Plus 2 built-up cladding system with additional Bauder flat roof areas using Thermofol U15 fleece backed PVC membrane. For the wall cladding, Euroclad Elite 54 vertical wall cladding has been used alongside Valcan Vitradual (in a custom red colour) for the distinctive towers.

For the industrial unit:
The main roof is a Euroclad Elite Plus 2 built-up system with Elite Plus 2 built-up rooflights. The walls utilise the Euroclad Elite 54 built-up wall cladding system with vertical opus 100 planks. These are complimented by horizontal planks using an Elite 58 built-up cladding system with opus planks in black as an external finish.
